    This gym is outstanding. I can scream, drop weights, and there is a deadlift, clean & jerk, or snatch platform. (Yes, we sailors know how to do that.) They have Dumbells up to 150LBS, and all you need for a hardcore workout. They have a posing room with a full length wall mirror front and back. The environment is great, and it has good energy. The trainer Eric, is a strongman type with a wealth of knowledge. He will push you thru the wall if you need it on any given day. We squat with our shoes off, and we do deadlifts, overhead press, and we get work done in there. Its just awesome. Come and visit if youre active duty.

    Navyswole really it is the perfect gym. Because my passion is to visit every gym wherever it is i must go atleast one time.
