Everyone is a lil different, Stims like the ECA stack hit me within 15-20 min, but something like cialis took 3-4 hours to reach thier....ummmm........well....fullest potential, lol

This was a great workout. However, there were a lot of distractions in the gym today. I walk in the gym with a great pump and focused to kill the shit. But I go to be squat rack to find photo shoots going on. Lights flashin the whole workout, weights not being put away, many different machines being used and not much respect for the paying members. After a little while, I got into my zone and tune out the whole scene. Eugeny Mishin and Eduardo Correa were the one that will ring bells to you all. I think Correa looked better today and much bigger than yesterday.
Eugeny was very polite and respectful to everyone there and was even putting his own weights away, asking others if he get a set, and even assisting others with the weights.
Like I said, after I got into my zone, I was okay with everything but it drove some of the members of the gym crazy. Maybe some of the photo shoots should be scheduled at the "slower" times of the gym.
