steak vs. lean ground beef?
many of you who read this may think im crazy, but i just dont really care for steak. i know i know, im a guy, its supposed to be ingrained deep within my DNA somewhere to want to eat steak everyday. i do however, like lean ground beef. right now im on the off-season keto diet, but my question is: when i go back on another round of the "on" diet, is it ok to substitute for ground beef fried in water instead? i think i remember dave or john saying diego was eating GB. i cant really stand fish either, so its pretty much chicken/GB or shakes. i would guess if anything, the GB would be slightly easier on the stomach as it is less fibrous. anyone have any thoughts on this?

ground beef would be fine as long as its lean, or you can get some steaks and ground them up, that would be a good alternative too.

I agree. I use both. (same with chicken)
You can pick up a meat grinder on ebay pretty cheap. Or a butcher could be able to do it for you.
Most of the time I just get the premium lean ground beef. I don't fry in water though that sounds icky.
(I can't believe I used the word icky, but it was the only word that seemed to fit)
