NBA Playoffs
So far no surprises today. Predictions? Thoughts? Boston looking awfully vulnerable right now (not to our surprise).

Boston needs number 33 to be 20 years young and playing.
I would like to see Lebron vs 'Melo

The past 2 -3 years, we have seen Boston, Orlando and Cleveland dancing around a chance to go to the finals. I still think the Lakers can beat any of the 3 in a 7 game finals series. The only way any of those 3 teams win the title is if there is a non Laker western champion imho.

Please explain how LA beats Cleveland in a 7 game series. Im not trying to be a smart ass im just saying, hardly anyone covering the NBA believes that and just wondering what you are basing that on?
Im not saying LA CANT or dosent have a CHANCE but just dont see how thats very likely considering Kobe not being the Kobe of old and Lebron being as dominant as he is and with Shaq now who bynum ISNT going to be able to just bang over like he does with other guys.

Boston isnt going anywhere. Word is that the NBA is about to announce a HUGE blow to the Celts and throw the book at Garnett and suspend him for not one, but TWO games. Thats huge.

They are the defending champions and they have been to the finals 2 years in a row. Unless someone actually eliminates them, I'm going to give the Lakers the benefit of the doubt. I'm also a little Biased because in the NBA I'm with the Lakers all the way and it's not over until it is over. I also believe in some intagibles that can't be measured. I believe the team will come together and eke out a victory in 7 game series. I did not say sweep. It could take the entire 7 games. And as I stated earlier, it is only my personal opinion. No need to get upset over it.

Not really obsessive. He without a doubt 100% deserves one game. Anyone who has ever elbowed and landed the elbow like that has been suspended so no way he gets out without at least 1 game. Two games would be a little much for me as well, but the thing is it WASNT during a play(like howards last year) or in retaliation for being elbowed or shoved directly prior. It was a dead ball and CLEARLY an intent to HURT an individual and thats pretty clear.

Well, they were dominated by the Celtics in 2008 in the finals, a Celts team that is not even on the level as the Cavs right now. They were totally out played in 2008. Second, last year, the Magic just as easily could have won that series as the did lose it. Their downfall was their poor free throw shooting and last second heroics by the lakers to take games into OT. The Magic werent really outplayed other than that and again, that Cleveland team would have given the lakers a much much harder time than Orlando did because for one, they have Lebron who the lakers cant stop at all. Second the Cavs have Varejeo Shaq, Hickson, Williams, Jamison, West which is far far better than what Boston had in 2008 and what Orlando had last year. I just dont see any way the lakers can stop cleveland in a 7 game series especially when Cleveland will have home court and means the lakers most likely will have to win twice in Cleveland which is far far harder for them to do that it is for Cleveland to win in LA. LA didnt even challenge Lebron and Cleveland when they played this year.

The shit that richardson was saying isnt anything that dosent go on EVERY SINGLE PLAY in the NBA and is NORMALLY comming from KG. Everyone knows KG is by FAR the biggest trash talker in the league hands down. Any player you ask will say that. You also have Noah, Melo, Josh Smith, and Howard now comming out and saying how dirty of a player KG is alot of the time and that finally he gets penilized for elbows that he throws every day.
