1g Net Carb Bread
Just thought I would give a heads up to this stuff...

For the keto dieters. Looks like good stuff. I have no affiliation with the place whatsoever, but I know some bbrs that swear by it.

There's a bakery here in Vancouver Canada that is offering 1g carb bread. The place is called "Red Square Bakery". For our Canadian/B.C. people... I do not have any conection to this business, but do buy their product to keep in my freezer- 1 or 2g of carbs is OK with my eggs!!

I think for off season, this bread would be great - but not during prep. It can still knock you out of ketosis...
Ingredients:
Sprouted Whole grains of *kamutŪ, *spelt, *wheat, *rye, *millet, lentils, lots of eggs, Organic Non-GMO soy milk protein, flax, sesame, *quinoa, *amaranth, wheat gluten, 7 grain flakes, oat bran, sea salt & yeast.
Note: Diabetics should take readings before and after eating this bread as we have found some diabetics are more sensitive to this bread than others despite our bread having one net carb. We do have thousands of diabetics who eat this bread that have Type I and Type II diabetes.

shit I totally forgot. LOL...
That stuff was actually REALLY good. I took my ANPB and enjoyed my first piece of toast in a long time.
I only had a couple pieces....my wife has been eating it, making grilled cheeses and such while I am at work. LOL
Even the 7 year old likes it...but doesn't like the chunks of grains on top
I am a little concerned with this stuff keeping someone out of ketosis
