32 weeks out from first show
32 weeks out from first show
6'1 216
have a coach
I am working on overall size for ~20 weeks.. then will start dieting 12 weeks out. longer if I put on any fat.. less If I lean up even more as I bulk..
not natural.
how am I looking? I would like to do novice heavyweights.. although I suspect I might fall into light heavies.. at 6'1
main focus points, besides mass, are back, hamstrings, biceps

at your height you really need to add overall mass. back and chest especially from the pics.

I don't think you are going to be able to add 15 lbs of lean mass in 15 weeks. You can gain 15 lbs which will help you when you diet down. Back thichness and width will help. Good luck.

There are so many factors that would determine lean body weight. 5-8lbs would be great gains in 15 weeks. Hell I am happy with 5lbs in a year.
