Some of the Q&A is completely fabricated, some are legitimate Q's that the MD staff askes the bodybuilder and then Ron puts it on paper in an intelligent, articulate way. No, they do not write the articles themselves. Although I think it would be funny for MD to throw in a month where they did.

Correct. Examples:
Before Ron Harris
Q:Hey Kai, Im 16 years old and have followed your career for the last 20 years since you began cuz ur the bestest evur! What do I take to get SWOLE!!
Kai: I believe.....that the universe listens....to the powers....of the body....as they relate.....to the physics....of most things....that can grow...and not be hampered....by extraterestrial affinities...that cloud the....ability.....to lift....and grow...with correct form ...free of all iniquities of the common race.
After Ron Harris
Q: Hello, Kai, Im a big fan. 26 years old, getting ready for my first competition. What training methods did you use to grow at such an alarming rate?
Kai:I have always believed that moderate to heavy weight, using proper form and eating enough ptotein, plus any and all musclemed supplements is the key to continued growth.
Before Ron
Q: Hello Big Bubba "Large Tony" McAnimal, Im a huge fan, have been since the beginning. I think you were robbed at the last ten Olympias, even the ones you didnt compete in. My question is; how do you do cable crossovers to where you feel it in the entire chest. What form do you use?
Big Bubba:.....jus gotta work wid it. Feel it mang.
After Ron

Big Bubba: Thank you for being such a huge fan and all your support. I too felt i sould have been recognized at the Olympias, even while sitting at the audience. When doing cable crossovers, focus as hard as you can to keep the mind/muscle connection and adjust at any rep that you need to to get that aoverall feel. SEE YOU AT THE OLYMPIA!!!

Find the workout on MD where Ron Harris is at a seminar working out with Dorian Yates.
Dorian Yates keeps lowering Ron's weights and correcting his form. And this is the expert who is writing the articles, the man who Dorian Yates won't let get through a whole arm workout because he keeps doing it wrong.
