I believe that's pretty much what everyone else said too. I didn;t see misinformation. Anavar alone will not cause you to drop body fat. It takes a strict diet and exercise regime to do that along with the anavar. Anavar maintains and builds muscle tissue. It does nothing to burn fat.

I've seen several girls close to me on 10 mg of Anavar gain considerable size in a matter of months
when they trained for yrs and yrs hard and dedicated to their diet trying to put on size with minimal gain
then thatz all they did was 10mg
and the gains they got were amazing
i have before and afters pix to prove this
a little anavar can go along way on a chick
so if shes serious about not gaining ANY size
well....

See this is the thing - you want this certain look that is very constrained around "losing bodyfat" but "dont want to get big" - it doens't work like that. You're self-medicating w/ male hormones. You're gonna get bigger. Its all together different look than you're imagining. Its all about expectations. Its not like you take steroids and insta-bikini body. In fact you have to be willing to go in w/ an open mind and not be constrained by this expectation of a specific look. It just doesn't work like that. What are you going to do if it doesn't come out the way you want?
In fact anyone who is driven to only get a look is IMO ignorant when it comes to steroids. You get all sorts of things w/ a cycle. And you better be ready and responsible for whatever comes with it - good and bad. Everyone has a different idea of what is "good" and "bad" so its really on you to do the experiment and be willing to own the results regardless of what they are. Particuarly anavar is not exactly rocket science, but there are no guarantees on outcome, and like fitbody noted- a little goes a long way. If you want to gain mass, great, but just "I want to lean out & tone up" can be done w/ a tight diet & training. And I'd venture that most people who have not done a competition prep have no idea what it really means to put the diet & training & cardio together in a "tight" program to get results. Throw in some drugs on a less than tight program and you're going to get "thick".
THIS is why we continue to push the importance of diet & training because THOSE are the things that you have control over w/o modifying your hormone profile. Its simple and it works. It takes work, but it works.

I did not miss that part. My posts have nothing to do with if someone uses var they will gain muscle. So if they want to lose need to be strict with diet
The point I am trying to make is:
There is zero reason anyone just wanting to lose weight should use AAS or GH or T3 for that matter and it should be discouraged not encouraged.
Over and over people post about var, winny, t3, etc to just lose weight and they should to be told none of that is necessary. Every one wants a quick route and magic pill and that is why over 95% of people who lose weight gain it back. Do it slow do it right and the chances of success are far greater.

IMO the biggest advantage of running anavar is the recovery effect. So use it - lift like a mofo. You'll find you are stronger, but you'll also find you recover quicker so you can go hit it hard again. If your diet is tight already, you will gain some mass, and in the process reduce your bodyfat. You may not necessarily see the scale move much, depending on where you are now. If you're not lean now, note that anavar is still a steroid and is going to promote lean muscle mass - if you're not lean already, this may look more like getting thick than cut. Other than that, remember that muscle weighs more than fat, so its more important to pay attention to how your clothes fit than the scale to measure "progress".
On a side note, I highly recommend you include acidophilus in your supplement stack to help avoid yeast infections. Anything that manipulates your hormones (this includes steroids as well as estrogen suppressors) has the potential to throw off the balance of "good" and "bad' vaginal bacteria.
