Training Series with me
I have been working with a videographer from Simplyshredded.com on a series of videos which include me training, discussing my methods, diet and supplementation and more. The first video is still in a test mode and I would like some feed back from board members. This footage was shot with an HD camera so the full 1080p version will be available eventually.
Let me know what you think, I really appreciate anyone taking time to watch.

Good vid. I agree with your own comment about need for more personality. Good angles to show the movements and the muscles working. I also like the explanations you provide.
Sound could be improved. Your voice sound distant especially at the start of the video.
Congrats.

Going really heavy on my tricep movements. when I was young triceps were an after thought of chest day. For a year I put them first and got alot stronger at the Skull Crushers, Close Grip Bench, Single Arm overhead extensions. That and consistency. I am determined now to add some size to my biceps as well.
For me I must increase the amount of weight I use to grow. I went from using 100lbs for sets of 8 on skull crushers to 150lbs...this added alot of thickness that I never had in my triceps.
I tried to find two pictures to demonstate, I realize the lighting is off but they are both less than 10 weeks from the stage. These are about a year apart. The first is from 2008, my first show. The second is from 2009, my second show and alot of tricep work. I still need alot more work but I was happy with my progress.
