Bro your conditioning was top notch and your posing was good. Sometimes (more than not) the judges don't seem to see what we see in our own eyes. But none of that matters as many of us have found out the hard way. The only thing that matters is that you are proud of your hard work and dedication that it took to show what you presented onstage.

Take a mental note of how you felt when you heard your name called out in the placings. Always carry that feeling with you when you train and when you diet. Don't forget that feeling, feed on it.

The other thing that you need to keep in perspective. This sport is very subjective. You placing was a result of what a panel of judges thought on that given day. It does not reflect what you think of yourself, which if I were you, would be very repectful. Keep rocking Bro and Stay Strong!

Gotta say though (Mr. Grump Grump) you did not project to the judges that you were confident and/or happy to be there. That costs in local/regional shows.

you were in great condition despite being super sick for the last wk the wk before

and yeah one thing i really figured out these last few yrs
after being around competition over 25 yrs is....
if you project the right vibes
and beam and smile like ur having the time of ur life
that can win and lose shows
i've had clients that i thought HOLY FUCK THEY JUST GOTTA GIFT WINNING
and they were my own clients
and why they won is the went out there beaming, having fun and projecting i'm a winnner
and i'm like wow ok i'll take another win lol

this sat the same day of ur show i was in the audiance screaming SMILE !!!!!!!!!!!
and i said to my good friend photographer paul hammill beside me
they're goin "FUCK YOU YOU FUCKIN BITCH !!!!" to me under their breath as they smile
but they did it
and look at my track record this wkend

IFBB Pro Darren Toma sat a few rows in front of me
as i was barking out orders
he's like " your like a drill sargent"
i'm like "i don't care"
bottom line is i get results and my clients kick butt

I am sure it's a combination of both. Certainly not the case for this guy!
