Looking lean enough, Matt. Just water control now. I wouldn't drop anymore weight. Try to hold your present shape because even in doing that, you'll still drop weight. Let me know how you're set up on water mitigation the last couple of days before the show.

even a hint of a smile/confidense and well earned!! And bis are peaked with hand twisted correctly....do it on rears also. Esp is correct...you are there. Hang onto your water and yet you will still lose some right up to stage time.
Remeber my old adage..."You are not a Bodybuilder until someone else says you are"? Welcome Matt/Bodybuilder.

Matt you gotta ask yourself how bad do you want this
you gotta dig deep
people just don't realize how hard bodybuilding is
is just fuckin brutal theres just no other way to descibe it
i went 6 months this year keto 2 shows and dieted for the O the same weigh
3 hrs cardio a day, single mom, 9 yr old son, full time personal trainer,
coached of numerous competitors doin shows at the same time
3 wks before my 1st show i had 9 in BC champs and i spray tanned all 9 myself and did 3 hrs cardio that day
my 2nd show few days before i left i friggin hit an island with my little VW blew a tire & rim
and was just so grateful thatz all i hit lol
seriously hate driving close to a show
believe me if anyone knows i know how hard it is
this sport shows you what your made of
it definately separates them
this is a great vid watch it
and the bottom line is it your show your gig
but also remember you are almost there
good luck is the result of hard work & preparation
the separation of talent & skill is one of the greatest misunderstood concepts
for people trying to excell and who have dreams that wanna do things
talent you have naturall
skill is developed by hrs and hrs of beating your craft
motivation is the stuff that keeps you going every single day
the motivation is on a daily basis
what are you gonna do to follow thru on that spark
you've lite that spark now what?
its daily motivation of waking up every morning saying
you know what ?'
i wanna be the best i can be
cuz i wanna achieve the things that inspire me
and make me feel great
it's the mind that creates the body
it's the mind that makes you workout 4 - 5 hrs a day
it's the mind that visualizes
PEOPLE DON'T REALIZE THAT BODYBUILDING IS SUCH A MENTAL GAME
this is a great song to
i always listen to this usually daily or several x's a day close to shows
when i feel like "FUCK I JUST CAN'T DO THIS"
TILL I COLLAPSE
sometimes you feel tired
you feel weak
and when you feel weak
you feel like wanna give up
you gotta search within you
to find that inner strength
to pull that shit outta you
you get the motivation to not give up
not be a quitter
not matter how hard you wanna fall flat on your face
TILL I COLLASPE

15 Days out....
I feel like absolute shit! Everytime I try to stand up I almost faint....weighed in at 196.2 this morning which is 3.4 lbs up from last week....fucking bullshit is what that is--and it has me pissed off beyond belief. I was watery as fuck this morning--could barely see cuts in quads. I feel like I'm losing control...
Check back tomorrow for the exciting conclusion of, "the premadonna tries to do a bodybuilding contest"....
I'm so pissed off and hungry I can barely see straight....I'm out

when i'm close to a show i don't barely sleep either
so i'm miserable
starving
on the verge of total collapse
but can't sleep
the last 2 contest seasons 2009 and 2010
i hadta get script of Xanax as per Dave Palumbo
to help me sleep
but even with that wasn't alot
but whatever you gotta do to get as much sleep as possible
SPECIES SOMALYZE is great it's nite time fat burner with melatonin in it
lots of my clients with sleep problems love it

Thanks Joe; sorry about the rant.
I need it, thank you Pam!
Sleep is really not been affected; just hunger like I have seriously never felt in my life.....and the weakness where I feel lightheaded and fainty.
Thanks for the push Tiff!
Thanks Bro! You guys that do this year in and year out have my ultimate and humble admiration!
So, why the hell can I have diet soda, yet no SF gum or crystal light? Makes no sense....
If I had Xanex, I'd be a whole lot better....I think it's harder to get scripps like that in the States
