If you are dieting and your man isn't
How much does that suck! He is eating Pizza to bulk and I am trying to do the Keto diet.
I compete in July and he is taking a year or two off to get bigger!

LMAO!!! My husband just saw the title of this thread and said DID YOU MAKE THAT??? LOL He's been ANTI DIET for the last two months and its HARD on those days you have rough days, when you're really hungry or moody or tired (I like comfort food when I'm tired) most of the time it really doesn't bother me to bad though.

You can always live vicariously through him... you can enjoy eating, without the calories or guilt! I love watching anyone eat when prepping LOL

It just makes me angry... ha ha tried to pull a Tri O Plex chocolate chip cookie out of his mouth a little while ago,, The last two contests we dieted together, guess, that makes it harder to do it alone this time.
11 weeks to go... do you ever get where you dream about food when dieting? At least Fitmomma and I can suffer together.. How much time do you have to go?

The word diet isn't even in my husbands vocabulary! He doesn't need to diet...ever. All he does is maybe kick the chocolate chip cookies for a week and his abs will start popping out again...bastard

Just because he's growing doesn't mean he should load up on the fat......cuz what's gonna happen is he'll bulk but it will be more bf than lean muscle.....trust me, he should continue taking in clean macro nutrients, but more of them.....steak and rice are good bulking meals.....

He's doing gain 10 pounds, lose 5 pounds of fat.. I don't really understand, but it's not my off season, it's his .. He only does big crazy cheat meals two times a week.. It would just be easier if we were in it together again...
Thanks for letting me vent ladies.. it helped out a lot!

We ate right after I posted this. He had steak and rice funny. I did not mean to make it sound like he eats crap everyday.. he doesn't. And I know he needs more cheat meals at 260 than I do. He is about 7% body fat...
He helped me get from a soft 135 to where I am now.. So it is cool that he does help me, since he has been competing for 20 years now and really knows his stuff.
