Starting prepping this week and I am not bothered at all by cooking different meals for my children or watching them eat sweets etc. I find myself watching cooking shows on tv every night which is really weird. I guess that will stop as I become more deprived....haha

Lee has this really weird habit of buying all the shit he eats during the offseason when he is dieting ... so that I can eat it. Even though I am not that into chocolates, cookies, chips, he'll load the trolley with that and more... just in case I feel in the mood for it. I am not a big eater, but I do love burgers, fries, kfc ... the last diet he was on ... my craving for that tripled ..... so everytime we went out, I had to stop and pick that up. He didn't say anything ...even though I know the smell alone drove him crazy. I've learned the best time to eat something totally delicious is just after he ate .. this way he is not starving or craving too much. And never .... ever keep him company while he is doing cardio ... and me eating icecream of cookies ...

Thank you! It's my 6th day now and I thought I was getting used to my diet but yesterday was my high carb day and it must have kick started my metabolic rate up because I woke up at 4am this morning absolutely starving and couldn't go back to sleep because I was too hungry. I got up at 5am and made coffee to try and blunt my appetite... Today I have mostly eaten protein and very few carbs. Tomorrow is medium carbs and then the 3 day cycle starts again... Haven't started cardio yet, as I had to nurse a sore soleus muscle but now it's recovered so I should really start to tap into fat when I commence my walking.

I had my cheat meal last night.. It was good.. did an hour of cardio with no problem today on empty tummy while sipping on chained out.. I think I may have over cheated slighty feeling a smidge guilty (double whopper, light mayo, with cheese, small onion rings, slice of hershey pie) what do you thing way too much? I did not do a cheat meal last week..so I guess I made up for it. Aw... now I can do another week of protein veggies and a lot of cardio...

To me, a cheat has to be a really good cheat otherwise there is not much point. Your mind is going to play head games with you, but don't worry....the high calorie cheat day will shock your body into dropping fat and keeping your metabolic rate elevated. I know from past experience, that the worse the cheat meals the better...it seemed to kick start my body into dropping bodyfat where it had plataued. I was always hungrier the next day after my cheat day and within a couple of days had dropped bodyfat.

I agree! this year I did way more then my cheat meal on saturdays and it worked way better for me. Last year I got tiny just having one cheat meal. This year I was nice and full at NY pro. I did whole cheat days or after a certain time(like 1 , 3 or 6)If I didnt drop I wouldnt of continued to do it and I think everyone is different. The leaner you are the more you can do that. One big meal wont hurt you.

I just got my suit from http://www.crystallinibikini.com/default.html
She did a blank suit custom made for me, in a week turn around for $75.00 IT looks so good on.. *I will do pics in it soon* I am stoning it myself...
Looking at me in the suit.. makes all the dieting worth it and I still have 8 weeks to go..
