Dr Scott Conelly vs Humapro? First Dr Conelly is an amazing genius IMO and I have learned much over the years from his writing and reading the research he quotes. IMO he is the one who made whey famous and was the first to add glutamine to whey what, 25 or 30 years ago? Second his peptide knowledge is off the hook as are his product designs. But its still cow protein. There is a reason whey protein is banned from kidney, liver, and phenylkinetics patiets. It dramatically speeds them into death with a very large catabolic waste per gram. It could be corrected by extracting all of the beta Lacta, revising the amino acid ratios and particle matching, then remove all of the waste aminos or recalculate their ratios for higher net utilization. Dr. Conelly could do it without doubt. One of the few who could IMO. Took us since 1998 to get it right. Not close, right. Been close for over 10 years.

Author, I saw on google that some shops have it marketed for 99 dollar for 300 tablets at 1100mg a piece. Is that correct? If so, that would be comparable to 330 grams times 5.6 grams of the best whey product out there, roughly, say a 1800 grams of high quality whey, which can be found for 29 dollars with some efforts. The package for humanpro states you need 4 times 5-10 grams a day, so 20 to 40 grams (30 plus tabs). It will get really expensive.

So, the question I have, is it really worth taking, are we talking extraordinary gains when the rest of the training and diet protocol are in place.

In no way I mean to put your product down, but I'd like to be more conviced before forking out such money for a new supplement. Please elaborate as it made me and others curious.
