No. Federal agents are not tested for anything other than drugs. The rest is state to state or city to city.

happens all the time. most cities/state government employees are not tested for aas type drugs just the other ones like coke, meth, weed etc.

They test you once during the hiring process. Once you are hired they do not test for anabolics again. Unless something happens one day and protocol wasn't followed to a T. Say some criminal want to sue the dept for excessive force during their capture. Then they will test you, find you guilty of an uncontrollable roid rage and fire you.

Depends weight condition level cardio etc. if you are sloppy in the off season i could see some problems.

At 250-275lbs even if they are in good conditioning all year they still wouldn't have very good endurance, most bodybuilders aren't very athletic and don't have very functional strength. It's hard to be as big as a pro bb and still have good cardiovascular endurance, the heart has to work too hard.

I don't know if anyone remembers this, but on TV one time they showed contestants auditioning for the new American Gladiators. Anyway, they had this competitive bodybuilder on there (can't remember the name), must have been 6 feet tall, 250lbs, no bodyfat whatsoever trying out. You'd expect him to have no athletic ability other than strength, but he did something like 30 full ROM pull ups, ran a 4 point something 40 and runs a mile in close to 6 minutes. Totally badass
