How does this sound for PWO???
What do you guys think about this for pre/post workout:
1 hour before training: 8oz sweet tatters, 6oz chicken, green beans, 2 tbsn macadamia nut oil
Immediately Before Training: Animal Nitro
Immediately After Training: Animal Nitro, 8-12oz Grape Juice
30mins later: 40g whey Isolate, 30g Waxy Maize Starch, 5g glutamine, 5g creatine mono
2 hour later: 1/2 white rice, 7oz chicken, 2 tbsn macadamia nut oil
Trying something new, thought I'd see what everyone thought. Anything you think i should add, subtract, or change?
Oh, i guess i should mention I'm in offseason; BULKIN TIME!

Personally I would drop the grape juice and move the waxy in place of it. I would also move the glutamine and creatine to immediately post.
Whey by itself and then my next meal would come whenever I was hungry for it. Usually for me it is 1-1.5 hours later.

+1 to the dude of above me. What he said is right on. The only thing I would suggest is that if you get low on money and have to take out one supp, take out the glutamine, its becoming more apparent everyday that this supp really doesn't do anything, especially when you are on a high calorie diet.
