    What a fucking rtard. Shelby been doing his own diet and others with unreal results for awhile. I doubt the same can be said for u. If he posted a few pics of the transformations his clients have undertaken u couldn't compare. I don't know u but I am going to hedge my bets on it

    Killer vid. I don't know how anyone can do the 2 way split unless they are unemployed...... Been on 3 way for a couple years now, short workouts yes is great, but the otherthing was I was just way too drained by the end of the 2 way workout.......

    My calves ache just watching you do those holds Shelby, people have no idea....along with the widowmaker and quad stretches.....man I love DC leg day, pulling tonight......

    I have been doing dc for 4 years now,still doing the 2way although with slightly less frequency.

    Yeah its draining,sometimes im shot while doing back thickness but dunno,workouts are so short on 3 way,I like training more bodyparts in on session,feels better somehow I dunno..

    2 way is very taxing....especially if you're really pushing weight...CNS system for me gets thrashed...3 way i recover much better, feel much better and the intensity is sky high throughout the workout.....I think the wise thing to do is just plain old listen to your body
