Another great DC training video,great stuff Shelby,your quads and hams sick and it looks like your calves came up too.
Hopefully Dave will get you back to film your push workout.
Im a big fan of DC training and its good to see someone who both explains and executes it so well.

Shelby...do you prefer the 3 way split over the 2 way split in the offseason? I understand precontest you stick to the 3-way

in the deadlift video he said he was doing the 2 way split in the offseason so he could concentrate on other things in live... he switched back to the 3 way split when they filmed the iron asylum video

Thanks for the tip on the super squat and the abductors. I definitely need to work on my feet position on the super squat, and on the abductors, being tall, my legs could use all the size possible.
