    I think the thing that drives me crazy is dummies who put dbs in the wrong slots or put one in one place and the other somewhere else. Eve if you can't read, you can still match up the numbers on the end of the dbs with the numbers on the rack.

    My workout partner has dual memberships to Gold's and 24 hour fitness. One day he was training at 24 when in between sets on the pec dec he was taking a drink out of his water bottle. When he sat back down for his next set he literally sat on some strange womens lap. He says that he was off the machine for no more than a few seconds. When he told the woman that he was still using the machine her reply was that it was hers now because he got off. My partner was about 240-250 @ 5'7" so needless to say he could have helped her off if he really wanted to...LOL

    Your partner should have flipped her around and made her sit on his lap while he worked the machine. That's called multitasking.

    You must work out at curves, I've never seen anyone put dumbells back at all. It's like a mix and match on the floor.

    Pigeon chested is an awesome term which i am going to have to use from now on! There is some kid at my gym who is always pigeon chested. He works at Costco by where i live and he always walks around like that even when hes not in the gym! His arms are so spread out its insane, i dont think he realizes people can see there arent any lats under there holding them up like that.

    Yeah today. There was a guy supersetting with 4 machines and he kept coming up to me saying he needed to use the cable crossovers for his biceps. I was like dude your using 4 fucking machines. The guy kept changing the weight and the bar after I would use the cables. He wouldnt change it back to the cable handle for me. What a douch

    we've got one guy at our gym i call the "collector". he freaking grabs an incline bench,ez curl bar, and like five or six different dumbells (all different poundages) and proceeds to make a pile around himself which he then leaves lying there after he is "finished".

    WTF? Last night I saw so many...guy doing Bench Press with Smith Machine on the floor.
    Guy that was bowed up with invisible lats, fat guy with no sleeves, newb w/ g-friend telling her what to do (he got so frustrated, he told her to just go to the tred mill), guy using rope for lat pull downs, Mr. Machine, guy sitting on a machine watching TV for 30 min.
    My favorite was the bench press guy did forearm extensions using an ez curl bar as the weight )not weird) and the smith machine bar as his elbow support (really weird looking.....as though he might pop his elbow out of place.

    NO ONE IS SUPPOSED TO BE AT THE GYM ON FRIDAY NIGHT!!! (except the nutcases like us) and I had every mf-er described here.
