Typically once over 120-130bpm you are no longer burning majority fat. Your body will start to break down muscle and use this for energy rather than fat. Being over 120-130 is ok when you have carbs in your system but as this is a keto thread you will start to break down muscle alot sooner. I would suggest reading all of the Dave P questions page. It may take a while but the info you learn about keto will mean you dont cut corners and make mistakes..

I wouldn't typically suggest this keto diet to Natty bodybuilders as the rebound after the diet can be quite harsh but hey thats just my opinion..
