I am a fan of Dennis.
But in the 07 and 08 Mr O he was dryer especially in the quads. He had much separation than the New York. I am a bit concerned. His physique has not improved much too me. Just an overall larger version of the same thing. Which means his mid back still lacks the thickness that he has been criticized for. As for calves, all I have to say is Dexter was Mr O. Nuff said. Yes. I would like to see him improve them but if not, are you telling me that his physique is weak because of calves. In that case that is about half of all bodybuilders.

You guys are calling that great shape? For a Pro? Coming in 3rd place? Frankly - I'm disappointed ... unless he wasn't trying... but then, I'm still left disappointed.

No - I doubt Dennis was using synthol in his quads... he just didn't come in conditioned, that's what happens when you don't look conditioned.

I think his condition was really good. No, not his '07 Olympia shape, and not Hidetada shape, but really good for Dennis Wolf. Particularly in light of his last showing.

He was pretty big, pretty hard and had shredded hams and glutes...a solid showing in my eyes.

Again, not his best shape, and not incredible shape, but really good. He didn't miss the mark by much at all. He's just not as good as he was three years ago.

It was a tough lineup for Dennis...some guys that get in better shape and a guy that is bigger than him. The two guys that placed ahead of him came in UNREAL condition. Doesn't mean he was off.
