12 weeks out from the USA's
After seeing Evan get blasted by some of you I am nervous to post my pathetic pics but oh well time to sack up. Here is a shot of me 12 weeks out from the USA's. Weight was at 269lbs this morning (with clothes) after one meal. This is my first National show but with the help of Dante Trudel and Chris Aceto I know I won't embarrass myself at this level.
I am really looking forward to sharing the stage with so many guys that I have been looking up to for years. Should be fun.

As always thanks for the support. I know I will be nowhere near the biggest guy onstage so all i can do is come in great condition and see where I land. I don't think during prep I just listen to what Chris tells me to eat and what cardio to do and know that I will be as good as I can come showtime.

You're lookin' good. Keep up the good work. Ya, you look way ahead of 12 weeks. It's always better to be ahead... rather than having to play catch up
Keep killin' it

What I see from the back,(where is a front shot?) is that your legs are going to be your strong point. You appear to have good sweeps & your hams look good from the rear.
Dont know how they hang from the side because people can have huge quads & good hams from one angle, but lacking from a different angle.
As someone else stated your arms appear to be short which makes it hard to build a thick back..
It looks like you have probably worked your back really hard but it still lags behind your overpowering lower body.
You have a good V but it looks like your clavicles might be a tad narrow for your huge legs.
But, the thing is at the USA if you come in really shredded & you have good thickness you can place decently. But just beware of the super heavies with excellent shape, that also are conditioned.

This is the diet Aceto had Troy Alves on;
Meal 1
10 egg whites
40 grams carbs from grits
Meal 2
shake with 50 gr protein
40 grams carbs from oats or grits
Meal 3
50 grams protein powder
60 or 90 gr carbs from I think its called Bodygro...Its a carb drink he uses from Nutrex, his sponsor...The protein powder is also a Nutrex product
Meal 4
2 pieces fish
salad
Meal 5
2 pieces fish, sometimes 3
spinach
Meal 6
shake..usually 40 grams protein or 12 egg whites and sometimes some veggies with it

Is your diet for the USA's similar?

IMO, that back is really lean for 12 weeks out... I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing. Just don't over diet and come in flat. I see too many of my friends do that... makes a big guy look really small on stage.

Thanks for taking the time and I have to say you did a pretty good job of nailing my physique. Arms aren't as short as they look from this shot (thnk God) but they do play a roll in how my body has been growing. I am just now starting to pose again and the rust is VER evident after looking at today's pics.
