To be honest unless someone has other issues I don't see how muscle loss is ever an issue on a basic keto diet. Contest prep? sure, that makes sense. But on the regular diet I think you will be fine. Just keep lifting with intensity, add caffeine or a caffeinated Pre-wo with 0 carbs (N.O. Shotgun, etc) to keep you going if you need to.
