Lap-Band patient.
Lap-Band patient. I know a female that has Lap-Band. (maybe 1 year ago?)
She has a 'trainer' and has lost some weight but now she's stuck and can't seem to loose anymore weight, she prolly needs to loose 20+more lbs.
I can talk till I'm blue in the face, and she's not really going to listen, I don't preach anyhow.
SO.
I think she needs a Trainer/ helper; someone who's been through this or Helped someone through lap-band and has given them results.
She needs someone that can be sympathetic to her cause and help her with her specific needs. an A-Z, hand-hold. (diet, what specific pills, vitamins, etc etc, ) she could do email and phone conversations.
I didn't talk to her about money, yet.
Anyone have any ideas? know anybody?
she's not a g/f but I said I'd help her and here I am.
-- be cool peeps!

You wouldnt be wasting my time. i work in the fitness industry, and consider myself on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. i run my own supp shop, personal train clients, and have a fittness nutrition certifiication.
and as much as i love seeing new members here, the "hardcore holy grail" may be a little to intimidating for her. hell even the "RX" part of the website may make her never click the link.Keep Ritch Banned. FOR-EVER.
