600 x 12 Reps w/Lifting Straps Deadlift Video
This 600 pound deadlift-for-reps-with-straps challenge took place immediately following the max raw deadlift competition at MHP's Clash of the Titans III (2010 Ronnie Coleman Classic Expo.) So all four of these competitors had just maxed out beforehand.
The winner received $500 cash from APT Pro Powerlifting Gear (www.ProWristStraps.com)
Pitbull Searcy, who also won the max raw deadlift contest with an 805, also took the win in this event with 12 repetitions.
All the competitors used APT brand lifting straps.
They had to pull the weight through a full ROM (and get a down signal) but they didn't have to stop the weight on the floor.
On a side note, I think that Brandon Cass could have gotten some more reps but I don't think he'd used lifting straps in awhile and he didn't seem as comfortable with the way he had them wrapped. I think he'll practice with them and we'll see a better performance on his part the next time (Cass did deadlift 800 @ 229 in the max competition to win the middleweights!)
I think that Pitbull would have gotten more reps too had he not gotten a bit winded after the tenth rep.

Actually Swede, I know James quite well and he is a very good deadlifter. At this time he can pull more than me, but I am catching up.
With straps I can pull 600 with a complete reset for 8-9 right now. If you want a video I will get you one.
The beauty of what you pointed out is that I actually have the balls and strength to enter and compete. You don't. Do you know why? You will never be big and strong and you will only ever be able to spend your entire day talking about it online. THAT is the difference between you and me.
Chump. Now take your predjudice bitch ass little self out of your computer seat and go cry in the corner.

Swede, other than a post count on numerous boards which is evidence of a compulsion (at the very least), tell me ONE thing you have accomplished in the bodybuilding, fitness, or strength sports industries.
Right, ZERO.
I don't like you (at least your online personality) because I think you are a mild troll who often spouts a bunch of crap to include shit about black people. That's it in a nutshell.

Pitbull Searcy's about 6'3 and he weighed in at 340 pounds for this show (same day weigh-ins.)
He's weighed more in the past and he's also contest raw deadlifted more. He told me that he plans to return to our pro show in 2011 bigger and stronger.
Searcy also won the max raw deadlift contest which took place just prior to this reps challenge. He pulled 805 pounds for that win.
