Coming soon - Matt Kroc trains legs DC-style in the Iron Asylum
The weekend after Jr Nationals (7 weeks from now) myself and videographer Jeff Sygo are meeting up with world-record holding powerlifter Matt Kroczaleski at the original Powerhouse Gym in Detroit, Michigan to move some heavy slag iron, DC style.
It will be a leg training workout and will be featured on RXMuscle.com's "Iron Asylum" video series.
Stay tuned... this one's going to be brutally good.
Exercises featured:
- standing calves, DC style
- Romanian deadlifts, DC style
- barbell squats (2 heavy sets and a widowmaker)
Here's some footage of Matt training in his garage from last year:

I'm looking forward to it. I don't really know much about DC training so I'm hoping to learn a few things.
Sick garage gym BTW, I'm jealous

If that bodybuilder in the pic shelby provided us is kroc, I'm impress because you can still be ripped to the bone and still lift heavy ass weight just ask Ronnie.
And we need more DC training vids, hell they should do DC vids everyday so we can learn how to DC the right way.

Matt Kroczaleski's Meal Plan
Remember to consult your doctor before starting any diet and/or training program.
Matt Kroczaleski is an extraordinary athlete.
Read the label before use.
Meal 1
- Oatmeal mixed with Nitro-Tech Hardcore Pro Series
- Fat-free cottage cheese
- Fresh fruit
Supplement 1
- Intravol mixed with Nitro-Tech Hardcore Pro Series
Supplement 2
- Meso-Tech Complete with 32 oz. of skim milk
Meal 2
- 12-16 oz. of lean red meat
- Red baked potato
- Fat-free cottage cheese
- 32 oz. of skim milk
Meal 3
- 1 dozen eggs with half the yolks removed
- Whole wheat english muffins with all natural peanut butter
- 32 oz. of skim milk
Supplement 3
- Meso-Tech Complete with 32 oz. of skim milk
Meal 4
- 12-16 oz. of chicken or turkey breast
- Red baked potato
- Fat-free cottage cheese
- 32 oz. of skim milk
I'm hoping that's not matt's current mass building diet because 32oz. of skim milk for like every meal is insane. I think muscletech makes up everyone's diet. Copy and Paste this one from the muscletech site.
