Do you find that splitting it up between cardio like that makes it easier to get the cardio done on leg day?

well i am only doing it cuz i am going light
been doing this with abs and forearms...breaks up the insanty and i can hit neglected body parts

I see. For me to train legs and follow it up w/ cardio is hell.

normally i would skip cardio on leg day. maybe just a slow walk if anything

That's what I do. I just slow the pace down in the morning after I'm done training. In the evening I do it like I would any other day.
