Fair enough, I took it as you were being a little over the top serious too. Oh well life goes on.
Results are all that matters.

After a week my energy has come back to about 90% I'd say. My weights are staying the same and I'm down about 6 lbs. Things are on the up!

I guess you are finally in ketosis.
When I do Dave's Diet by the 3rd or 4th day I feel a bit lethargic then a day or two later, I feel a kick of energy.

Im now on my 4th week of my diet. I'm sitting at 179lbs and I started at 187ish. My question is, I started one carbup meal on my 3rd week and was wondering since it takes me 2 to 3 days to get back in ketosis after this meal, should I not do the carbup and have those extra days in ketosis burning fat? Or does the carbup meal really help to kick the fat burning in gear? I can certainly tell I'm losing bodyfat so I know the diet is working, but am just curious if I can not do the carbups unless I feel I really need them.

From what I have heard, the cheat meal (carbup) resets your motabolism and reloads your energy for the next week. Therefor being good for fat loss.

Your diet looks identical to mine other than I drink my second shake before workout and my tilapia is 7 0z. (same as chicken) I lost slowly in beggining so my trainer took out my fats on mon. tues. fri. and sat. I started to lose fat like a mad man (2-4 lbs. a week) Once I got close to my goal, we added the fats back in and I still kept loosing fat.
