Lean mass diet critique please
I'm going to be coming off Dave's keto diet eventually and want to focus on gaining lean mass. I would like some feedback on my diet. This is what I plan to do. meal 1. 12 egg whites and 1/2 cup oatmeal.
meal 2. 7 0z cooked chicken breast and 1/3 cup raw almonds. meal 3. 54 grams isolyze with 1/2 cup oats or scoop of carbolyze and tbs mac nut oil with 2-3 scoops no explode.
meal 4. 54 grams isolyze and scoop of carbolyze with 5 g creatine. meal 5. either same as 2 or 7 0z salmon or 8 0z filet mignon tbs mac nut oil and small green salad.
meal 6. 4 omega 3 eggs or 54g isolyze with tbs mac nut oil. Cardio will be every morning 30 - 45 minutes empty stomach. Any feedback is appreciated. I will weight about 185 190 when i start. I may also drop the almonds from meal 5 or the mac nut oil and add 1/2 cup brown rice or a small sweet potatoe or 2-3 slices ezekial bread.

What time are you working out with weights? I would adjust it so that you are consuming more of your carbs before your workout and a carb meal afterwards. Thats just me though, I am no expert on nutrition but thats what I have done.

I get up at 5AM and go to work. I workout around 330-4. I would do three meals prior the eggs/oatmeal, chicken/almonds and whey/oats no explode and then train. The only carb meal post workout would be the isolyze and the carbolyze not including the veggies if I have them with the fatty protein meal.
