very nice read, nice to see how much the left ventricle reverts back in thickness/mass from taking time off, it makes sense as the left ventricle is the most muscular portion of the heart, granted cardiac muscle is different from skeletal muscle, but still is a muscle, and will respond to the elevated recovery time and size increases from AAS, especially the combination of HGH and AAS.

I think not taking off time and "cruising" is where most of the problems set in.... The thing I think most should consider is this....for years, everyone is told to get regular blood panels done, and sadly only some care enough to do so...The reality is regular visits to the cardiologist are also needed to run stress tests and an echocardiogram...

we can understand reasons why many would avoid regular assessments of blood work. there are so many 'psychological' reasons to avoid check ups. if those basics arent done, we cant expects more advanced testing.

does anyone at least get blood work done, regularly?

For me the "not knowing" is a far worse thought than "knowing." I have been getting a full metabolic panel 2x per yr since using AAS, and more recently, I have added in annual visits to the cardiologist... I feel the latter is more important for athletes that start maintaining bodyweights over 260 lbs yr round, on or off... Obviously, that # would be lower for shorter individuals...my doctor feels the main correlation with some of the cardiac sides stems from sheer body mass and increases in body mass...at the end of the day, are heart is a muscle too, and if we gain 20 lbs of muscle in a few yrs, we cannot expect the more muscular portions of the heart to not have at least a slight gain as well... The point is that we should understand this, and work with our body to safeguard against some of these changes... Then the trick is finding a doctor who truly wants to shows you the safest way to undertake your endeavors versus telling you to pick a new lifestyle unless absolutely deemed necessary.
