Kai greene will the olympia if he follows my advice:
1.stop doing these gay routines, the judges is all about balls to the wall routines at the olympia, the judges at the arnold loves gay routines which is why he won and phil got screwed.
2.stays and trains in brooklin
3.don't lose too much weight
4.get hard as nails
5.Don't play lady gaga music, that's collette's job.

Jay seems to be better when he is the underdog rather than the favourite.

1. KAI
2. PHIL
3. JAY
and it will be Kai and Phil fighting it out for years to come...should turn into a pretty nice little rivalry

Until Phil actually beats Kai's placing in any event, people should stop saying Phil is gonna destroy him.
I'd like for Kai to win, but i don't see him beating Jay if Jay comes in like he did last year. Jay can't came in anything less than he did last year. Yes, jaws dropped at Meet The Olympians, and then when Jay hit the stage on Friday night, you just knew it was all over and Jay had it in the bag. I say that, and I was rooting for Dexter to retain. But when i saw Jay onstage, I knew that Dexter was done.

i dont agree with this but a lot of people think he did in fact beat him at the Arnold.
I also dont see Jay coming in as he did last year. That was the best ive ever seen Jay (at least thats my opinion), and i dont think he can nail it again.
If Kai nails it, which i think i he will... hes Mr. O. its his to lose.

exactly they are both amazing (altho ya i have a favor towards phil) but kai was no where near where he was the year before when he won and phil was just dead on that night.. its moments like that where i really dont enjoy the sport... that was 100% not about what was on stage

Judging by recent video and pics, I think its a mistake to count out Victor. Don't be surprised if he's gunning for the one or two spot. I think he's got enough mass to hang with those two with advantage of having better shape and detail.

Jay will win no doubt about that.Kai hasn't been impressive since last year's Arnold when he was with Charles Glass for the majority of his prep.Jay 1st,Phil 2nd,Kai 3rd at best.
