Default Time for me to get ripped ( help )

Everytime I exclude fruits from my diet and eat only low GL carbs I tend to overeat carbs everytime...

Can I potentially get ripped eating fruits and veggies and lean proteins ??

I one or two fruit portions every three hours, protein on lunch and dinner...

Will that be considered a good diet ?

At least the fruit keeps me full withotu the hunger or urge to eat every 30 mins...

I have a terrible time when I start to decrease cals and eat only low gl carbs, they seem not to satisfy me at all...

ps : I can`t go keto yet. Not an option right now.

GI has pretty much been shown to be irrelevant. So I wouldn't worry too much about eating low glycemic carbs vs. high. Just eat what satisfyies you the most and allows you to stay on track and hit your numbers. I prefer things such as oats and potatoes since they are more filling. However, if I'm craving something sugary while I'm cutting then I will eat it so long as it fits into my numbers for the day. Once you add protein or fats to a carb source, it totally changes the glycemic index of that carb. Also, I'm pretty sure fruits are considered to be low on the glycemic index scale even though it doesn't matter.

You are eating only protein at lunch and dinner, or are you only eating protein WITH lunch and dinner?

I'm not sure if GI is totally irrelevant, but I believe it is now used to calculate GL (glycemic load), which takes into account amount and rapidity of absorption.

Then again, zmcdole is a fucking monster and his word should probably be taken over mine haha

Yeah, it may not be entirely irrelevant, but it's not nearly as important as everyone thinks it is when you're in a deficit/cutting. I'm not saying one should use sugar as their main source of carbs, but you shouldn't be avoiding anything either. I tend to worry more about glycemic index and insulin spikes when I'm bulking.

The thing is that people say that fruit, contains fructose which has a higher tendency to get stored as fat by the liver opposed to glucose. When cutting should this be taken in consideration ?

If I eat an apple that will satisfy my hunger...
Now I`f I eat the same ammount of calories from sweet potatoes or oatmeal it seems that I haven`t eaten anything.. that`s the difference. Anyone feels like this as well ?

Take a look at most good diets, the staple is protein 5-6 times a day...The rest is mostly filler.

Your original question was "Is this a good diet"...I would have to say no.

You can eat apples all day long, they do nothing to your blood glucose levels, aside from having more nutrition and a little carbs it basically has the same effect of iceberg lettuce. You could eat an apple with every meal if you wanted to, between meals, whenever. It would have as much effect on your diet as inhaling oxygen. It'll keep you full and give you some fiber but will not spike your blood sugar at all. Other fruits though are an entire different story, you have to watch what and how much you consume but only to a certain degree.

If your fealing hungry then eat more protein, you can't feal great and diet successfully, you got to have some discipline. Spiking your insulin levels well NOT allow fr a ripped body for the vast majoriy of people. If the fruits are lower on the GI, then OK.

I tend to have sugary fruit/juices with my meals during the off season, the spike in insulin has been proven to greatly increase the uptake of other nutrients. It's a double edged sword.

It seems like you're taking the low-fat approach. Everybody responds to that differently, but I've noticed mental problems with me whenever I cut out polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats out of my diet.
