Anyone out there have problems with this? I feel great eating a protein fat veggie meal.......also after eating mostly a carb meal I feel fine as well, no tiredness or fatigue. But as soon as i mix protein with the carbs, i feel like crap, bloated, and fatigued.

This has been goin on for about a year with the digestion problems since my gallbladder has been out(can eat a good amount of fat still). It's been hard to get in enough calories to make any gains which i really need to do. Any help?
