Perhaps metroflexs weights are not what they say they are? Ronnie benches 495 x 5 yet on youtube DAVID OTUNGA beats him on the bench press .

Am i the only one who found the music to be annoying? the workout was slow and boring and having fast, loud music becomes a nuisance when it doesnt match. Like slow dancing to metalica....

I've seen comments on a couple boards that Branch and Trish are trying for a kid so he backed off the gear. I know it's just board rumors, but who knows.
As far as guys criticizing his form and the way he lifts, he continually gets M.M. awards at the shows he enters and took 2nd at the O. It must be working a little for him.

Watching Branch train always makes me wince but he doesn't have bullshit joints like us mere mortals. If he can move the weight like that without destroying his joints then it is effective as hell. Being ballistic requires more strength not less. The problem is where it destroys my tendons and leave my joints aching for months.

First off Branch is my favorite bodybuilder. He may appear a little smaller than usual but hes a long ways out from the Olympia for all we know he could be recovering frmo a long injury or taking some time off from "stuff" to clean his body out. I have seen him do 405 w ease on incline maybe hes just not at his best for whatever reason. Comparing yourself to these guys form is kind of difficult although the form may not look perfect to you what some people dont realize is that these guys have such great mind muscle connections that it actually makes the weight heavier for them!

That's awesome if it's true. I wish him the best of luck. I couldn't imagine not being able to have a kid because of something I did to myself for the sake of some more muscle.
And yeah yeah, I know not everyone wants to have a kid and yeah yeah he's a pro it's his job but my opinion still stands. Different priorities I guess.
