Coming off Dave's diet
I'm going to be coming off Dave's diet and want to start gaining some lean size and building strength again. This is what I had in mind for my diet. Meal 1. 12 egg whites and 2 pieces ezekial bread meal 2. 7 oz cooked chicken breast and 1/3 cup raw almonds meal 3 pre workout. 54g isolyze and 2- 3 scoops no-xplode meal 4. post workout 54g isolyze and 40-50g waxymaize with 5g creatine.meal 5. 7oz cooked salmon or sirloin or 8oz filet mignon, cup baby spinach or cucumbers, vinegar and tbs mac nut oil. meal 6 54g isolyze with tbs mac nut oil. Its basically Dave's diet with added carbs mostly around my workout and breakfast. Its low carb but I'm just trying to slowly gain good weight. I'm natural thats why I would like to get some opinions I basically kept the fats out of the meals with the carbs.

You might want to add in a meal or two of P/F, because you'll be getting hungry if not; at least I do. I am doing a ketoish clean bulk right now with carbs PWO and from veggies throughout the day. I have to eat every 2-2.5 hours or I am starving.

I am thinking ill keep the meals at 6 as hunger really shouldn't be an issue for me. I know everyone is different as far as results and such but how does the diet look anyway? I may replace the almonds in meal 2 with a small sweet potatoe or add 1 to meal 5 and drop the oil there if I feel I need it. On my off days I will do the original Dave's diet just pro/fats/ and trace carbs. I should add I will be around 190-200 when I start.

looks like a good plan. I like avocados for fat, too.
