Bodybuilders (PJ), REJOICE! KFC to keep selling meaty Double Down!

I'm not kidding when Is say that this thing has sky rocketed to the top of my favorite food list!

I remember the first night we met....I was lying in bed, cold and alone...it was a rainy night...very late, 2 maybe 3 in the morning....I was just about to fall a sleep when the commercial came on.

I thought, "am I dreaming? Is this real? I havent smoked pot in ages so I'm not high....could this really be true?"

The next morning I got on line and googled it....sure enough...My prayers had been answered!!! My 3 favorite things: Fried chicken, CHEESE, and bacon all together without some whack bun getting in the way!

One problem. KFC by me closes early and I had t work with clients till 9 the next few nights.

I decided to wait till that saturday so I could go in the middle of the day. I wanted a fresh one. The days lingerd so long and slow, but I endured the struggle.

I bypassed the drive through and walked in! I wanted to watch them make it for me!
I'd be lying if I said I wasnt giddy with excitement!
I decided to get two cus they looked kinda small.
I raced home, shut the curtains, turned on the AC, and some Marvin Gaye....lol
The NFL draft was on....I sat down on my couch and opend the box....Angels sang and beems of bright white light rocketed out from the container...yes, I got a boner...yup....No BS.

Here it was. I had been building this thing up. Would it meet my expectations?

YES!!!! It was everything I ever dreamed of and more. Love at first sight, or taste....and I havent looked back since.


What I'm trying to say is: Try one, theyre good!

~ You guys are KILLING me with these things!! This is the 3rd thread about the lush 'Double Down' from KFC (At least this one has no pictures ... yet) And there is NONE in sight over here on this side of the pond!! I did go a bit loony at my last visit to, what i like to call 'My other kitchen' KFC and tried to order 2 buns with the bacon and cheese to take apart and build my own!! I even showed it to the staff and asked if they would consider making one of these babies?? I swear i have never met a bunch of more stupid, spotty people in my life!! They just kept repeating "Sorry Miss but they are not on the menu so we can't make them" I tried to encourage them to show a little bit of initiative ... but noooooooooo they don't want to rock the boat!! WHY?!?! I want my very own double down dag nabbit!! ~

True, I thought of this when I ordered it. Figured I could make it with -

2 chicken breasts, dipped in eggs and lightly breaded
fried in coconut oil (much better than the garbage they use at KFC)
use center cut bacon (less fat than KFC)
2 cheese slices

only thing missing is the Colonel's secret sauce, but other than that would be pretty awesome and I think we would cut about 15g of fat off of it and it would be healthier for sure.
