Local show lengths
Just wondering how long is too long for a show. Tonight I went to watch my very first BB show. I drop the wife off at 6:30pm and tell her I'll see her at 10:30. The show starts (or supposed to start) at 7:00pm. I head to the Grand Rapids (sponsored by RX Muscle of course) and pay 40 bucks. A little expensive, but I thought oh well they got Branch Warren guest posing so it might be worth it. Well, at 11:00pm I had a pissed off wife calling me and I still hadn't seen anything but womens everything and mens masters and novice. They still hadn't started the mens open and it was 11pm. I had to go. I didn't get to see him pose, but I did see Branch sitting out in the hallway by himself with a handfull of merchandise and a bored look on his face. If I didnt have to drive 45 minutes home I would have had time to drop her off and go back to see him pose. I guess I'll know for next time.
Is this normal? What time do shows normally run to?

It all depends on how BIG of a show it is. I've been to the Excalibur where it has gone until 12:30am before. Of course, out here in Cali, we do figure last so the crowd stays lol. But yeah, if BBing were last - you wouldn't have seen it. MOST shows though - I've been to - tend to get done anywhere from 1030pm-1130pm... all depending on how many entries they have, etc.
