Josh Wade won the Overall men's, hes been competing in the contra for the last few years, he looked good as a heavyweight but as far as I'm concerned, lightheavy Jeremy patterson had him beat on coditioning. Check out Jeremy Patterson, kid looked sick, peeled and perfectly proportioned.

hehe. I love Allmax! I started off as total Allmax groupie...first with a love affair with Waferpro bars (I ordered cases of it for my snack cube at work) and then it progressed from there....
You can purchase ground chia seed (Salvia columbariae, but I have also seen Salvia hispanica) in health food stores or online. It is usually found in the supplement section. They are very high in Omega-3s, and are supposed to be a better source than flax seed. Chia seeds have a mucilagenous substance, and when soaked in water, turn into a firm, gelatinous mass. This is thought to protect the seed embryo from dessication, though I haven't had a chance to read about the exact biological function. The ratio of seed to water is 1:9. This gel can be used as a tasty, healthful, and natural low-calorie food extender. In addition to being a great source of Omega-3's, chia seeds also help regulate blood sugar.
To make the pudding, you can make the chia gel, and mix in a scoop of your favorite whey powder. One tablespoon of ground chia seed is about 60 calories. I use about a teaspoon mixed with about 4 fl oz of water, then stir in my powder. The gel forms in a matter of minutes, and will keep for a few days in the fridge. I mix a batch of the pudding and eat them in place of my evening shake for a delicious dessert!
