Eric Lilliebridge and Stan Efferding training!
This is a COOL video! To be clear, my company sponsors Eric, not Stan (although I love Stan and would sponsor him in a second).

Lol, trust me, Stan is just an amazing strength athlete. He is not even near peak in that video. They are just ramping up. Eric is quite the athlete in his own right. He is just over 20 and has competition raw squats and deadlifts of 800+ lbs.

He should start training for world strongiest man.. instead of focusing on bodybuilding contests.

He's actually focusing on both powerlifting and bodybuilding at different times of the year. He enjoys them both and is good enough to be one of the very best in one, and have turned pro in the other. WTF is wrong with that, and WTF is wrong with you for making such an ignorant statement?

How can legs that "small" be so strong?

If you squat properly for powerlifting the power comes more from your hips, glutes, and hams relative to a bodybuilding squat. In addition, it is CNS adaptation. Finally, his legs are actually pretty darn big.

Thanks for sharing the video. Eric is a freak as is Stan. Best of luck to both of them in this upcoming competition year.
