I saw a great vid but, Juan made a rookie mistake by brining a water bottle(sign of weakness) to the gym, PJ should remind him next time to bring a gallon jug of water to the gym, that's hardcore and a requirement if your seroius about training, especially if your workout partner is PJ Braun.

I had my water in my food bag in the car which i forgot to take out so i had to by a water... plus me personally i don't carry a gallon just about a 32 oz Jugg and with that or a gallon and put my works in, in the gym... don't know what water and seriously training have to do with anything lol....

PJ looks like you have really been doing your homework this offseason. You have added some solid size and are staying within striking distance for Nationals. You will be shockinmg some people the next time you step onstage. Keep up the great work.
