    how long does it normally take to see a speed up in metabolism and faster fatloss when taking t3 at 50 mcg per day? ..........for someone who has alot of muscle and around 12% bodyfat.

    Ive been on 50 mcg a day for the LAST 2 MONTHS OR SO AND IM IMPRESSED WITH TEH FAT LOSS IVE GOTTON BUT IM ABOUT TO GO UP TO 75 - 100 MCG A DAY AND SEE WHAT THAT WILL DO

    how does the t3 make you feel? i know clen can make u jittery if u take too much. what does t3 do if u take too much?

    t3 is catabolic - take enough (without AAS) for long enough and you will lose muscle. Not aware of any other common sides for moderate doses. Duchanie's Body Opus book is full of good info on t3 - take your temperture right when you wake up - this is a good measure of your metabolism - you can see how t3 effects your system and ramp up as your body acclimates.

    i tend to sweat more now with t3 use and the dose of 50 mcg a day ive been using has not affected or destroyed any muscle , im going to start 75 mcg a day now and see how that goes

    I can notice it in a couple hours, it feels a bit like any fat burner.

    I would never run it at 100mcg, too big of a chance to loose LBM. 75mcg MAX bro. You can still accomplish your goals with that amount.
