Great tips... being 6'4"... I probably should stop going all the way down on chest days too... my shoulders definitely pay for it for a few days after.

inkedleo88 .. Im kind of an instinctive bodybuilder so to speak.. I will go on a high volume training streak for 2 months and then switch it up to heavier weight with rep ranges no lower than 8 for a month or 2... just always listen to your body it will tell you what you need if you are truly hungry and HARDCORE.. swoleoneday ... Hey bro Im glad to hear you enjoyed the training video and thanks for the kind words.. As for your question about proper bench technique Imost deffinately believe in nothing lower than paralel when doing bench press. Reason being is anything below paralel is nothing but compromise to that shoulder encapsulation. The discomfort you are feeling is your shoulder doing the brunt of the work from the time you go below paralel back to paralel . Keep training hard my tall brother in IRON....

Great video. You seem like a nice guy and I want to wish you the best with your usa prep. Your pics look good! I actually love the way your suit is cut. I notice that kind of stuff while people are on stage and like the way it tapers around your waist(the v cut in back and the sides fit perfect) You have good legs esp since you are so tall. Kick ass with prep! oh and if you want to use to quote button to adress certain people it would make it easier!

Gabe your legs look great, especially from the front. And taking into consideration that you are on a keto diet and consequently really flat, they look awesome. You look like you are right on track for 10 weeks out. Keep it up brother!
