Hello, i need some help in taking clen properly. im 5'9". and im about 172lbs(im at 8-10%bf)and im 31 years old. i have been dieting for a upcoming show for about 5 weeks now. and i have 10 more weeks to go. I started taking clen ( 200mcgs/1ml ) 5 days ago. I'm doing 40mcgs per day, in the morning, then going right to my morning cardio(about 25 minutes worth). But im getting concerned because im loosing weight fast. i have lost almost 5lbs in 5 days. and im afraid if this keeps up, ill start loosing alot of muscle. So any help on how i can keep taking the clen properly and hang on to my muscle would be appreciated. thx again.this is my first time on clen to.
