Can i get to 6-7% bf off this?
On monday i will be starting a diet that consist of:
1. 5 egg whites/ 2whole eggs/ 1/2 a cup of fat free cheese
2. 4-6 oz. of chicken/ 1 cup green beens
3. 4-6 oz. steak/ 1 cup green beans
4. 4-6 oz. talapia/ 1 cup broccolli or spinach
5. "Repeat of one of the above"
6. 2 Scoops casein protein which consist of a total of 6 carbs
First off no im not natural and im saying this bc it does factor into my gains and metabolism right now. Since its summer time and i have a whole lot of free time i will be splitting my work outs up into 2 parts a day. It basically looks like this 6 days out of the week.
AM: Work out/ 20-30 min cardio
PM: work out/ 20-30 min cardio
Right now i am about 10-12% body fat. I am wondering if you guys think this would be sufficient enough to get down to 6-7% body fat?

Right now im around 190. i stoped weighing myself a while back and started to just go by the mirror. Not sure how many calories it is i was mainly worried about carbs bc even on only a moderate amounth of carbs its hard for me to lose the remaining fat i have.
Yeah man for example monday ill wake up, do 20-30 min of cardio and triceps and abs and later on around 3-4pm ill go do chest and another set of cardio after i lift.
im not good at looking and telling my body fat so heres some pics.

Some people just accumulate body fat differently. Generally, from what I've learned, you loose body fat from the extremities inward. Pretty much explaining why glutes and lower abs are the last strong hold for fat and why striated glutes generally represents the epitome of conditioning.
So it's not too uncommon for your chest and shoulders to striate before abs are decently visible. Especially if you've never taken your body fat down to those low to very low levels. Once you do, people say you accumulate body fat more evenly throughout the body. Possible making it a little easier to maintain a level of conditioning where abs are visible. Assuming you do not overindulge and get fat again.
So what I'd say is you just need to keep at it and it will come. It just might take a little longer this first time."If you ever start taking things too seriously, just remember that we are talking monkeys on an organic spaceship flying through the universe." - Joe Rogan
