pre-contest diet...need some help.
i have been dieting now for about 5 weeks, and i have about 10 weeks to go before my show. im 5'9", 31 years old. i weight 170, and im about 8% maybe 10% bf. and heres my diet
meal 1: 8 egg whites, 4 slices of turkey bacon, and a half a cup of oats.
meal 2: 6-8oz of lean meat(usually chicken, tuna or extra lean beef)1/2 cup of brown rice or 4-6oz of sweet potato. 1 cup of greens.
meal 3: 6-8oz of lean meat, 3/4 cup of brown rice or 8oz sweet potato, 1 cup of greens.
workout time, with some no explode or something equal.
meal 4 or postworkout: 2 scoops of whey protein, and 3/4 cup of oats.
meal 5: 8oz of lean meat , 1 cup of greens, and 1 serving of natural peanut butter.
meal 6: either 1 cup of cottage cheese and 1 serving of peanut butter or protein shake(with 40g of protein)with 1 serving of peanut butter.
well theres my diet. and im not on any ph's or any of the sort. and now heres my concern. i started taking clen 6 days ago. only 40mcg a day in the morning, then im going straight to my cardio(no more than 30 minutes). and in only 5 days i went from 175 to 170. lost a lb a day. and im worried if this keeps up, ill start to loose alot of muscle mass. should i change something, maybe more fat in between meals?? drop the clen till im maybe 6 weeks out from the show?? well any help would be greatly appreciated. thx.

clenbuteral isnt going to cause you to loose muscle. Run the stuff all the way through the show. i started taking clen 5 wks out from my show and now im 1wk out and plan on using it all the way through. in no way is it going to make you lose muscle.

ok thx die4mass. I just havent experienced anything like clen before. Should i in a couple of weeks up the dosage some? or stay at 40mcg?
