haha...he's typical American who don't know what's happening outside his country...if messing around with 135 barbel for 20+ sets is the best way to train, then - maybe...here in Europe only skinniest guys works out like he worked out in that video. I'm actually surprised that he's able to carry so much muscle mass on such lazy type of training

Joe Palumbo !!! another one excellent.. I enjoy listening to this man. Better yet be training at same time when he is.. I have nothing but great things to say and think of this man..

Glad you guys got more in depth. He is older, very busy, heavily responsible life ( doesn't make excuses ).... Great time management skills. Great physique, on or off stage, great smile, very respectful, great everything...very handsome man inside and out.. Well kudos !!
