Usually around a month post show, strength is pretty level to where it was before severe depletion

It took two weeks and then it skyrocketed up to levels where its never been before. Example: Offseason before show I benched 225 for like 5 or 6..Month and a half after show 275 for 5-7. But thats probably because I went straight into calorie dense food and leaned into offseason. My bodyweight also went up to 225-230 right after the show.

First two weeks strength is about the same- but down reps- strength endurance down. Takes about two weeks more to get back up.

it takes about 2 weeks to start progressing. Then after 4-5 weeks i get really strong. But in order to get strong you need to take advantage of growth spurt and eat alot of clean carbohydrates if your conditioning was good at show you should suck them up without getting fat and gain muscle at a nice rate.
