adductor training
I have really been wanting to improve my hamstring drop in my side poses and before now I have always thought that I needed to gain size in my hamstrings but I have realized its actually my adductors that I need the size in. Do you guys do any specific exercises to train your adductors? I was thinking of doing something like a wide stance leg press/or squat supersetted with the seated adductor machine?

i dont feel like a homo using the adductor or abductor machines.
i also like watching girls use these machines cameltoe mmm

Most adductor machines are positioned, so that you aren't facing people. I recall women cracking up at a gym owner when he changed the adductor machine around. They felt too self conscious to use it and voiced their opinion. He changed it back, so that it was facing the corner of a room.
Nothing is worse than having a pervert stare at your crutch/camel toe, as you perform the exercise.

just widen your stance in leg training and get full ROM. no need to overthink it. as your legs grow so will your adductors. basic squats, deads, and hacks will do the work. widen stance a lil and youll notice over time.
