    Default Hassan Jama 11weeks out

    Sup peeps,

    thought id post some pics from my prep for the canadas. Im about 240lbs here at 5'9 and feel i made some good improvements this off season. Doing a long and slow diet hopefully come in bigger and fuller with the same condition as previous. Feel free to critique im sure im my worst critique. Ill add more pics maybe @ 6 weeks out

    Looking good. My only suggestion- In your back double biceps, bring your fists down a little more almost like you're going to punch your head.

    Looking great. To add - hit your rear lat like your front lat. Your front lat is powerful - your rear lat should be equally as strong. Looks like you are hunching over a bit, taking away from the full size of your back. You got a big, big back... show that baby off!

    I agree with you, I always have a hard time with this one some pics its fully spread and wide and some its half spread. Ill need to practice this more till it comes natural
