Tony trains at my gym and I believe he is preparing for the North Americans again this year. You never can tell with him, he trains the same year round. Never misses a meal or a workout and his intensity is always high. Don't get me wrong he has his rough days, but he pushes through. I have been shooting some vids of him during his offseason for his new sponsor "1st Phorm Nutrition".
